IFB washing Machine not working

I have logged the complaint number 4834408 to IFB call centre for the washing machine, it is under two year warrenty. the machine is not working from last 25 days... there technition came in first week but broked the wheel from body, did a short circuit in house and went without communicating... from last 10 days despite following the Call centre and bangalore office no one no one is listening and when ever i am calling them they are saying our technitial will come but no one is coming. Really a poor service, please help
