Poor Pruduct and Bad Service

I am really harrassed by the IFB Service centre. I registered my first complain on 26th October regarding machine problem the technician informed us that the PCB need to be changed. After that nobody turned up. in one month I remined at call center atleast 10 times but nobody wants to fix the problem. On 26th November again we found some other problem in our machine. and on the same date I registered again a new complaint. My first complaint no. is 3649829 dtd 26th Oct. 2009 Second complaint No. 3788998 dtd. 26th Nov. 2009. Every time call centre executive told me that someone will contact you within 24 hours. Nobody turns up. I talked to G.R.Power (service center) at 26488759 many times. sometimes they picked up phone and dont give me the satisfactory answer and most of the times phone unanswered. I talked to Mr. Atul Garg owner of G.R.Power (9810084180), He also not helped me. Then I talked to Ankita (9999692170) almost 6 times but she still could not solve my problem.

It is simply a harassment of the customer. I am not able to use my machine at all. I need the solution of the same by today.
