1. I had complaint on the toll free no of IFB on 27th Nov 09.MY complaint no is -3792882 and the customer code is -1506380.I had spoken to the service center at Jammu after that and they had acknowledged that they had received the complaint. They assured me that somebody will come to repair the washing machine in a day or two. It has been a week now and no body has come to repair the machine. Every time i call them they say that there are no service personnel available at the moment. If there are no service personnel available then that is not the customers problem, if the service center cannot cope up with the work load then might as well close it down. I am staying in Udhampur and the after sales service is pathetic to say the least. I am seriously thinking of selling the machine and go for some other company.
2. You are requested to please look into the matter. Please do not give me a stage managed reply and i hope something will be done to improve the after sale service. Please also note that this is the second such incident and it is just giving the company a bad name.
