IFB DIGITAL 7 kg!
From the date of purchase on 28.04. the machine was giving frequent problem of more vibration and noise. During the warranty itself, the main belt was replaced several times. After the warranty period, this machine is now under AMC. During the AMC period also, there were several visits by the technician in solving the machine's vibration. They have removed the motor of the machine for repair and were dilly-dallying without fitting the repaired motor. Now they say that I have to replace the entire body of the machine due to rust problem. This is not acceptable to me because their body design is faulty. Their body is not designed properly to take care of the rusting problem since the washing machine is supposed to work with water and in a watery area. When the machine was supplied, as per their supply, it was placed on an elevated fabricated platform. In the past there were more than 50 visits by their technicians and not even once this was identified by them. In my opinion, the machine Digital & kg is a faulty machine and customer's problems like mine is further aggravated by their unskilled technicians/customer care officers. I have sent a detailed email on 03.12.2009 and the same was acknowledged by '[email protected]' on 04.12.2009. I seek your support to get my problem addressed once and for all without any further delay. Thanks.
