IFB washing machine purchased on 29.5.1998. had renewed the AMC. Recently, the ball bearings and drum were found to be broken when inspected. The drum brought by them for replacement was found to be old and scaling as white spots was evident all over the body of the drum. There was a huge delay from the date of complaint and the services.
When we had no AMC the ball bearings were changed after 2 years or so, but after taking AMC the ball bearings are changed after every 6 months. I fail to understand why this is happening. I suspect that old and used material is been fixed giving rise to this trouble in machines under AMC.
I am thoroughly dissatisfied by the services and the after sales services after the renewal of AMC are causing further harassments.
