Service Personnel not attending call

My IFB washing machine is under AMC in my wife's name (Manjula Rani) and I am in Hyderabad (Cust Code:1688723). I have lodged a complaint on Customer Care No. 040-39004321 on January 18 (Complaint No.4036897) that my washing machine is leaking when in operation. I have called again on January 22 and again on Janaury 27. Each time they are answering that the service person will call and come to attend to the call but no one has attended to the call till date. Today when I am calling their office there is absolutely no response.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the poor response and my entire schedule is going haywire as I am forced to wash my clothes by hand. I leave home for work around 8.15AM and reach around 8.30PM and the utility of the washing machine plays a major part in my day-to-day life.

What is the point in entering into an AMC if they cannot honor the committment?

In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine. I am not able to understand the reasons for this casual attitude.
