I had purchased IFB Elite washing machine.there is problem in washing machine. Nearly more than 30 technicians has come to view the problem, still cannot able to identify the problem, I have been tracking them past 4 months. No reply . franchise/customer negligence is the important factor.there is no response for complaints and e mails as well. In website there is no proper information for escalation. You cannot get spare parts in this world, you have to throw this washing machine, once it gets repaired. so stop recommending this to your friend and neighbour.please think, before buying the IFB products.
