IFB WASHING MACHINE
Service is Pathetic

I logged complaint with IFB and the service from the Dealer is really pathetic. They dont respond properly and the technicians are not really trained. THey dont even know what they are doing. I have been caling them and they dont even pick up the phone and respond. They have a feeling that they are doing some favour to us inspite of us taking AMC. My complaint number is 4230997

I really dont understand what to do with this issue.
