Dear Authorities,
I have suffered even after purchasing world class product. Within less than 2 years span, twice it showed problem twice. Third time concern has again landed, this time after complaining 5 time no engineer is ready to turn up.
I was not expecting this much from world IFB product. There is so much variation and deviation post and pre sales services.
Taking medium of your forum, just wanted to highlight the pain consumer feels, when product which was bought with so much adjustments within family.
Kindly resolve my concern.
