I had bought an IFB side-loading washing machine in Dec. For the last 6 months it has been continuously giving complaints. I have an AMC with an authorised dealer with IFB Industries, Home Appliances Division, Plot No. 696, TTC Industrial Area, Pawane illage, near Ramnath Solar, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai 400705 Book No. 449, Sl No. 11209. Our complaint no. is 4812427. Till date the problem has not been rectified and no one is able to commit when they will attend the proble.
