IFB WASHING MACHINE
No response to the complaints

Dear Sir,

I am facing problems with my IFB washin machine (Model no.-Elena series) since three months.

I have registered a complain with the IFB people (complaint no.-4541620), but there is no response from them inspite of me calling them again & again.

I have complained to the Gujarat's IFB head regarding it but then too there is no response from their side.

I want them to repair or replace the machine since it is in warranty period still.
