IFB WASHING MACHINE
No response from the company for change of part under warranty

Dear Sir,

I am facing problems with my IFB washin machine (Model no.-Elena series) since last 1 month.

I have registered a complain with the IFB people (complaint no.-4798842), but there is no response from them inspite of me calling them again & again.

I have complained to the Indore's IFB head regarding it but then too there is no response from their side.

I want them to repair or replace the machine since it is under warranty period still.
