I purchased a mobile handset “NOKIA 5130 XPRESS MUSIC” on 24.08.2009 from the authorized showroom i.e. Hotspot, Ganesh Nagar, NewDelhi with one year warranty.
Before the warranty period was over, the mobile set started giving troubles like switching off any time during calls, hanging, camera not working etc. I approached Nokia care center i.e Net Dot Solutions Pvt Ltd, WZ-200, Bajaj Tower Jail Road, New Delhi on 29.07.2010 with the above complaints. The job sheet was prepared with an estimated expenditure of Rs. 650/- & given to me to collect the handset next day.
On 30.07. I was shocked to see the behaviour of the staff as they started shuffling me from ground to Ist floor & then back to ground floor for about one hour, finally asking me to come next day. I went to center after 3 days i.e on 02.08.2010 & again the shuffling up & downstairs started. After about two hours, the staff at ground floor took back the job sheet from me. The attending person took out my mobile set from the drawer & handed over to me intimating that it can’t be repaired.
I would like to lodge the complaint against the erring staff of the Nokia Care center & request the company officials to get my handset replaced since the same is still under warranty period.
