I am having IFB FRONT LOAD washing machine and it is under AMC. On 11.10.2010 i booked complaint vide no 5252396 against customer code 1224629. Problem is surf is not consuming in washing machine while running machine. Till today no person attended to resolve this problem. When i approached customer code they given one no 9396955807 of Mr. Nagender. He is not lifting phone from 2 days. Again today when is approached customer care they given another local land line no 040 - 39187605 & 39187606. These phones are also not lifting. Hence i request you to kindly attend the same and resolve the problem immediately. If not done immediately there is no way i have to go to consumer firm to resolve this problem.
So please attend and resolve the problem immediately.
