IFB WASHING MACHINE

Dear sir,

I purchased 1no washing machine (IFB) FROM R.K.ELECTRONICS, govindpuri, new delhi. Only after 10 months I found cracks develops on upper panel of washing machine I contacted customer care but they refused to replace that part or demand Rs 1200/- for replacement of that part but I explained her that this washing machine is under warranty or it is because of manufacturing defect but they are not listening my problem. Now I request seniors of company to intervene in this matter solve my problem as early as possible.details of machine &cont no given below :-
