I had given a complant on the 21st of october.my complant no is 5321495.he had visited us after 10 day to see whats the problem and told us that a part isment 2 be replased so he will come the next day.but insprite giving a reminder every day there in no responce from there side. and as on day after 20 days my machine is not repared and i have the amc for 2years .i was relly shocked that IFB being abig company. the service centre is nt even bodered to keep its reputation .but sent the higer officer no if its avalible thanks.
