Company not responding

Dear Sir,

We have taken AMC from IFB having AMC no. 206661 dated 10-06. We lodged a complaint on 02-11 vide complaint no. 5361477 dated 02-11. One engineer visited thereafter and told us that the motor of the machine needs to be replaced. He also assured us that he will visit us the next day. It is regretted that it has been 10 days since the engineer visited and we are yet to hear from them. We have been calling them ever since and have also mailed them couple of times, lodged complaint on their website but none of them have even responded to our mails.

When we call them up on the no. 1860-425-5678, we are now being told that they are in Kolkata and we need to call their Delhi No. The Delhi no. that they provide never responds or is switched off.

We communicated our urgency as there is a new born baby and there are sick people at home (Chickengunia). And now it has been around 15 days that we are suffering like anything.

The most agonising thing is that they are not responding at all. I am totally helpless and am seriously considering the legal options.

Request you to help incase its possible.
