my ifb executive washing machine didn't working properly since 12.12.2010.. on next day i complaint to ifb customercare executive on 13.12.210. he said that i accepted ur request, ur complaints numb is 5552278 & i send u service man ur home mr santhosh[8939909038] next day mr santhosh came to my home & check the washing machine, he said the problem was machine motor.i said that it's ok replace it..he told that ok i come & replace it tomorrow.. after there week he didnt came ones again i complaints to customercare they given another numb[044 26581516] i call that numb she pick my call miss fathima & she also given to me one serviceman numb[9382312108] mr ravi ganesh i call but he doesnt pick my call.. three month goesup, still now no one replace that motor & not solve my complaints so plz solve my problem
