Though I have registered a complaint with the customer care at Hyderabad on 28-04 and subsequently reminded on 29th and 30th so far they did not respond to my complaint. Even I personally talked to the Manager concerned and he promised me that the service person would attend it immediately. I am so sorry to complaint that within 5 months of purchasing the machine I am facing the trouble with it. At the time of selection of the product the company reps are assuring satisfactory service within 24 hours. But in practice the customers are subjected to undergo pain and trauma.
Kindly see that my problem is solved.
