i have purchased a fully automatic washing machine of ifb on 15-7-09 from lucknow gramaphone hall barabanki
it is not working since last 1 month.i have made complaints to ur service center till that time ur service engg.came 3 times but he didnt repare the machine first 2 times he told that i forgot to bring the damaged parts, next time i will come with the parts, third time he told company is not providing me parts so i m unable to repair the machine.
please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
