Service persones not attending
My complaint No. is 6752428.
My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Karol bagh, new delhi. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, .I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.
during operation machine is making huge noise and even after the washing circle is complete, the water remains in the machine. The spin is not at all working. Even after repeated reminders and once the complaint has been attended too, the problem persists. No concrete solution to the problem is there.
We are fed up and hence making this complaint in writing with a hope that someone will look into it personally and redress our grievance.
