Non attending the complaint

Till date my complaint no. 6801514 dated 23.07.2011 has not been attended, inspite of reminder dated 26.07.2011 and 27.07.2011. I have made a complaint to IFB custumer care no. 18604255678 on 23.07.2011 regarding non working IFB washing Machine 6 kg senetor, . i also made a request to Mr. Mohit, head of a frenchie of IFB service center at phone no. 011-32929578 on 27.07.2011. but nothing fruitfull happened.
