I had lodged the complaint to IFB helpline some 20 days back for repair of IFB washing machine 7 Kg digital fully automatic. Engineer had come to attend the complaint after many calls and many days. He gave us the estimate of Rs.7000/- for replacing door lock and PCB. We agreed. Even after replacing PCB and 3 or 4 visits of Engineer, my machine is still not working. Now, the engineer is not listening to us and help centre is asking to lodge the complaint again while the first complaint is not closed yet. Engineer has taken visit charges. My complaint against IFB service centre is, delay in attending the compaint, not picking up the telephone, Unskilled engineers and high amount of maintenance cost. IFB is not at all user friendly in India. Faulty PCB is common complaint of IFB. Consumers should select brands like Samsung, LG with good after sale service instead of IFB without after sale service.
