HI.

THIS IS NARAYANAN. I BOUGHT AN IFB WASHING MACHINE SENORITA MODEL ON JANUARY 24TH. THE WASHING MACHINE IS IN REPAIR SINCE NOVEMBER 24TH. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED TO THE DEALER FROM WHOM I BOUGHT THE WASHING MACHINE. HE GAVE ME THE SERVICEMEN' S PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED THE PERSON HE CAME AND SAID THAT THE WASHING MACHINE'S HEATER IS REPAIR. HE SAID IT WILL TAKE 1WEEK AND ONCE THE SPARE PARTS COMES FROM THE COMPANY I SHALL COME AND CHANGE THE PARTS. WE KEPT ON CALLING HIM.BUT HE SAYS THE SPARES SHOULD COME FROM GOA. I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE THE SPARES TO REACH MY PLACE FROM GOA. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR THEIR PRODUCTS WHY THE HELL THEY ARE GIVING THE DEALERSHIP IN SUCH PLACES... I DONT KNOW HOW LONG THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE TO REPAIR MY MACHINE...
