Faulty material delivered

Dear Sir,

I have ordered 32 GB pencamera to "pencameraindia.com" company via online shopping and it was delivered to me via GATI courier on dt: 06.12.2012. The delivery instruction came on my mail id through "[email protected]". Problem is i have ordered 32 GB pencamera and delivery received of 16 GB pen camera. Also, it is not running. I have complained many times on their online shopping phone no. "09716921567". But, no reply from their side. Now, they stop the picking of my phone call. Do needful.
