Hi All,
I have purchased a IFB automatic washing machine from Dawar Electronic Gurgaon on 13th Jan 12 in the name of Alka kaushal, on 13th March the machine stopped working and I have complaint in the IFB call centre,
I have called 11 times to the call centre and but still there is no response from the company,
i HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THERE SERVICE MANAGER MOHIT BAJAJ - PHONE NO 9311683942 but he picked the phone once and assured me action but no action taken. after that he has stopped picking phones.
IT IS REALLY PAIN FULL TO SEE HOW COMPANY'S MAKE FOOL OF THE COMMON PEOPLE AND MAKE BIG - BIG FALSE CLAIMS
Can somebody suggest how to get this faulty machine replaced,
or
How can I file a case on the IFB industries for cheating customers.
