My Senorita IFB washing machine is unusable since almost 6 months. The problem is tremendous vibration and and banging at the time of spinning. On my complaints with the call cetre, the local service personnels have attended 3 or 4 times. But the problem still persits.
Lately the technician told me that I must buy a stand to solve this problem. I am skeptical of his suggestion, as the manufacturers have not said anything like that in the brochure. Can I have an authenticated opinion on this.
