SERVICE PERSON NOT ATTENDING

I OWN 6 Kg DIGITAL WASHING MACHINE. I HEARD SOUNDS FROM THE MACHINE HENCE I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 4-8. THE SERVICE PERSON FROM IFB CAME ON 5-8. HE SAID THE DRUM, TUB AND THE VALVE HAS TO BE REPLACED. THE MACHINE WAS BOUGHT ON 3-02. SO IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. HE ASKED ME TO REMIND ON 9-8. EVERY DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE REPLY THAT SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WE WILL DO IT AS SOON AS WE GET IT.

MY QUESTION IS

1.IS THE BRANDED WASHING MACHINE DO NOT HAVE THE SPARE PARTS?

2. I AM LIVING IN THE METRO POLITAN CITY.

3. HOW LONG WILL THE IFB TAKE TO REPLACE ITS PARTS?

4. HOW CAN THE DRUM, TUB CAN WEAR OUT SO SOON WITHIN A YEAR?
