Complaint no. 3875125. Customer code no. 2134870. The PCB and the belt needs change. The service engineer attended on three occassions, everytime with non compliant PCB which obviously did not rectify the trouble. Since 5th Jan'10, I have been informed everyday by the service center that machine will be attended between such and such time, but no one comes and i keep waiting at home. These people don't even have the decency to update us with the impending situation. It is rather disgusting that a company with international repute has responded so poorly without any remoarse or concern for the customer. Will anyone look into the matter and do the needful???
