I have an annual maintenance contract with IFB. But since the last three weeks, the company has been giving false promises that the machine will be set right. Every time I call, they give a new date, and when I call on the date they promised to come, they give a new date saying that the motor part is not in stock.
Imagine having a machine at home that is not working. Could you please take up this issue strongly with the company. Like me there are many customers who are made to dance. Without a proper service back up and spare parts
how can the company sell products
