IFB Complaint ID is 7545636 (Earlier complaint ID is 7472772 registered on 25.10.11) with regard to Washing Machine Elena model under AMC. I have lodged a complaint one and half month back. First complaint ref was 7352803 it was attended by a Service Engineer, and he told me that the washer in the front door is to be changed, thats the reason for water leakage. Since the rubber washer is not in the stock at their service centre Vizag it was referred to Hyderabad (I told like that). Since then I am daily pursuing with the Service Centre, and later again with Customer care. They used to tell me that Coming Monday it will be attended. Since then lot of mondays are gone, but the problem not rectified. I got mobile no. of the higher officials in IFB, but they too only buying time and not looking the matter seriously. Whats my next step? How can I get the company to rectify the problem? I am unable to use the machine since one and half months. What to do?
