Not taking any congizance of the complaint

I am complaing the problem of IFB washing machine since last 15-20 days . calling customer care number 39004321 many times. There is no reply or resonse from the service centre. The problem of washing machine is not solved by any one. This is happening

first time with me that Company like IFB is not doing their job properly. I also registered the complaint on the website of IFB two times still there is no response/reply to solve my issue. Sent 3 SMS es like IFB to 58888. they registered the complaint give the complaint no. next step is pending complaint. They dont keep the staus of the complaint. nor do they have any alternative mode to hear tcustomers griviences.
