Machine not working even after changing moto

I made complaint to IFB call centre on March 14 for my washing machine/ELITE 5 kg which was not drying clothes. It was attended next day and person informed that motor has to be replaced. He changed the motor today and I also got one year AMC done and paid all together a whopping Rs 6643/- (Rs 4216/- for motor) for both. But the same problem still persists. Machine is not drying the clothes even now and one more problem has been added after this motor replacement that it has started making mysterious noise. This mechanic came form SURYA ELECTRONICS (An authorized IFB service provider). Now I sincerely doubt whether that person caught the fault at all or just unnecessarily changed my motor which has costed me so huge. Motor might have been ok and there might have been some other fault. I am trying SURYA 's telephone number but no number seems to work; whether it is a landline or a mobile.

I feel helpless and disgusted and dont know what to do so that problem is solved without any further agony to me
