I have made a request to send the Washing Machine technician to see my 1 year old Elite 5 Kg machine which is giving problem of water not draining out. I have made this request to IFB customer care on 22nd January. They promised me that somebody would reach in 24 hours.
After 7 days no body had come. No call has come and I would have called IFB customer care 20 times. Everytime the attendent would apologise and promise for the action. He suggested that I also follow from local service centre. 9 numbers were given to me - none worked.
IFB has committed a fraud upon me by influencing me to buy their washing machine with the false promise that the services would be available in 24 hours in case of any isue, which never really happens.
Neither they are keen to see any customer satisfaction. As long as product is working itself well, it is fine, but when it gives problems you are doomed with company like IFB.
Such farce of IFB on customer services should be exposed.
