My IFB washing machine is under AMC. in December Ist week 2010 i had problem with the machine and it was not working. I had given complaint and the customer care executive had replied that the complaint would be attended within 48 hours. but nobody turned up and only after our repeated calls to the call centre and local chennai office a service engineer attended it after 15 days. now not even one month has passed by we are again facing the problem. the clothes are not at all squeezed properly for which we have made a complaint.
Moreover this is not the first time we are having problems with the machine. Once in every two months our machine is not working and we have to call the customer care and book complaint. not only that we have to keep on calling them. This is happening from the date of purchase of washing machine.
