BAD SERVICE DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD

I registered a complaint two months back regarding irregular functioning and water leakage through the detergent tray. But still now the service peoples are not able to rectify the problem (more than 5 times technicians visited). And finally on last week i registered a complaint (more than 7 days before) and i requested to take the machine for detail checkups but still now there is no response from the service person.
