I had given complaint on 1st oct after continous tracking from my end 1 useless IDIOT came to service my washing machine after that he told me to change front panel, till ten days they doesnt know whether wt is the procedure for warranty.till date they say today our technical person will attend but i dnt know when it will happen...

SO DONT BUY IFB WASHING MACHINES NO SERVICE WORST CALL CENTER AGENT THEY EVEN CLSE THE TICKET BY NOT ATTENDING THE PROBLEM...
