Dear Sir / Madam,
iam Chandrika loacated in chennai. I have an IFB top loading washing macine which is under warranty period booked in my husband's name S. Sesahdri sekar.
On 13 th feb i have launched a complaint with your customer care in b'lore that there is a problem in my machine (the delicate button " start" is not working / complaint no : 4137878)..
i was told that your representative will turn up within 24 hours to attend the complaint. But he attended on 17 th of feb which is after 4 days after my complaint and he found that there is a problem in the " PCB " board which has to be replaced.
Today is 25 th of feb and till today the " PCB" board has not been replaced and no body knows when will the PCB board come for replacement. Even after repeated calls to your customer care center there is no use. I donot know whom to contact in this reagrd. If this is the case that IFB handles the customers regret to say that this is highly not appreciable. Will wait for a day for the out come if still no body is not attending my call i have no other choice but to go for a consumer court as my machine is still under the warranty period.
CAN SOMEBODY WAKE UP AND ATTEND THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
