Most SHITTY service quality I have ever come across and trust me, I have come across some shitty service standards...
My samsung refrigerator stopped working the first time on 131th June and was repaired on 16th June (compressor not working - compressor changed). Again stopped working (comporessor issues again). I logged in complaint on 23rd and the issue is not even esclated to the service engineer... GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT ONE HAS TO DO TO MAKE THINGS MOVE IN SAMSUNG. TRUST ME, I WILL BUY LOCAL / CHINESE BRAND BUT NOT SAMSUNG WITH WARRANTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.. I HAVE TAKEN 5 DAYS LEAVE FROM OFFICE TO BABY SIT MY FRIDGE THINKING SOMEONE WILL COME AND REPAIR TODAY...
