nature of complaint: the freshly supplied (one day ago) motor speed control unit card (which was under warrenty of 6 months since NOV and purchased at rs1800/- then) is not functioning. the person who had represented IFB and replaced the card is not ready to take the responcibility of the replaced part. machine is idle since 8 days. i am being cheated.

nature of would be action: 1) have already lodged complaint on 022 39004321

2) after a wait period of 48 hr more (starting from 12 noon today) a written detailed report shall be generated and submitted to the consumer forum and local police station with CC to IFB customer service.
