I had purchased Samsung washing machine from Vijay Sales, Baner Branch, Pune on 13.06.2010. My Invoice no is M1951946 and model number is WMWA82VSLEC. Since purchase, I was assured that engineers would come for demonstration/Installation but till date no one turned up or even called up. I registered a complaint no - 8415600569 and was assured taht within 3 working days the matter would be sorted out but all in vain. There is no one to response to my call. Kindly look into it.
