Dear Sir,
I have bought one battery of LG P500 Mobile phone from Kumar Service Centre, Noida Sec.-15 on 29 june worth Rs. 900. The battery is defective. It is discharging very soon. In this regard I took that battery to the service centre for replacement. They gave me 1 week time to exchange the same. Now its over 3 week and they have not arranged the new battery. Can I have any complaint number. What should I do? Please help.
