I have bought Inalsa food processor on 23rd Oct from Big Bazar JP Nagar Banaglore. My receipt no is 0020205. Till date I am not able to use this product. When I first tried it was not working and I thought may be I dont know how to use this and I requested for a Demo. After number of follow up and calling on daily basis their engineer came after 6 days. He told us that product is defective and we should ask for replacement. I called up BIg Bazar, but to my surprise they told me that I have deal with the company on this. With no choice again I called up the customer care and again number of follow us, engineer came and done some minor repair. It worked for 5-6 days and after that again it is not working and giving loud noise and vibration. I again called up customer center and again number of follow up's but bow nobody came. I bought this product to save some time and instead in daily basis my one hour job is to just call these people. There product quality is very poor and equally poor is customer support. If a new product is not working I dont think how this will work after one year. Now I have decided I want either money back or replacement of the product or I will approach consumer court.
