Planet four burner gas stove

Dear sir,

i have purchased PL. gas stove, 4 burner. which costed me Rs 6100/- and with SRN No. K24601. WITH 2 years warrantry and 5 years burner warranty. within a year. its automatic ignition stopped working and the knobs cracked and broke. with repeated complains also no one came for the service.. my first complain was done on wednesday 28th april. today i am going to complain again.. but i have no hopes and think it was my biggest mistake to buy a planet gas stove instead i should have gone for sunflame or some other known brand. i am very unhappy about this. Pls look into the matter.. or else i will be left with no other option but to change the gas for ever.
