I have purchased a food processor of INALSA on 6th March. After delivery it was found that the product is not working. When contacted to the customer care of INALSA and CJ Alive nobody is giving the response to the complaint and only telling that we will arrange the demo. Since this is my first purchasing through CJ Alive I am getting worst exoerience of services from CJ ALIVE and INALSA as well.
