Dear Sir/Mam,
From Feb 9 to till date Mar 10 - No progress nor any improvement in writing to the customer support teams.
I have been escalating the issue, but you people are just taking your own time to resolve the issues,
First Selling Defective Products and then hiding before the customers..
I would like to bring the same to your Higher Authorities about the control lapses in customer supports.
Please look into the matter, All our Vegetables are getting perished and who will bear the consequences for the past 12 days.
I would like to stress the importance of refrigerator during summer season - if you all dont know, then switch off your refrigerators for a day or two and then stay in home, then you will come to know the value of the customer.
regards,
CA. Vinod

Panasonic Refrigerator NR-A1902 - Defective Doors
Dear Sir/Mam,
We have bought a panasonic refrigerator model no. NR-A1902 on Oct 5.
Suddenly after 4 months, we were finding that Items are not getting cold, eventhough my power bill was same.
Then we found that there is a gap in between the door and the body.
Hence, yesterday, I complained to customer care and informed the same.
Complaint no. 075919 dated Feb 29
Today by afternoon, i.e. Mar 1 an executive visited our home at around 2.00 pm and checked the complaint.
He informed that the door bottom is broken and it needs to be replaced.
I feel that this is a defective door and hence, it got broken in the bottom within few months.
Hence, please check the same and assist us in this concern.
