The case is :
#) On 4th June i ordered one Sony LCD and one Sony Digital camera H55 to Reliance Digital, Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon.. I choosed finance option. But finance case approval takes time and case approved late in evening. Next day is Saturday, we don't used to buy anything on saturday. So we went on 06- June - 2010. But on 06-June the camera was out of stock. They told me they will give me the digital camera on 07-June. I told reliance that let me check with other showrooms if i will get it than i will take from there otherwise i will purchase from you.
#) So, i went to near by Sony Showroom, Ambiance mall Gurgaon. They told me they have stock for both LCD and Digital camera H55. Just give the payment and take the product. Because of this i canceled my order from Reliance Digital. And after that, i had purchased a Sony Digital cam H-55 and a LCD TV KLV-32EX300 on 6-June and made a payment of Rs. 15, 868/- as down payment vide receipt no. 119 dt. 06-06 with my credit card. Remaining ammount is financed by bank.
#) Now Sony dealer had promised me to delivere the both items at my home address in gurgaon by evening. But they had only delivered me the LCd TV. Not camera H55. They told me the delivery boy forgot to deliver the camera. I will get it on 07-June morning.
#) After that daily they commit morning and evening for delivery. When on 09-June i told them to return my money than they told me to wait till 11-June. They will deliver the camera by 11-June anyhow. Otherwise they will return my money on 12-June. But nothing happened. On 12th June i went to Sony sowroom to get the money back. They told me they can not give money back. I need to wait till 14-June fo camera delivery. They also told me complain anywhere if you wanna complain camera is out of stock from past one month. After alot of discusion they gave me in written that they will definately deliver the camera on 14-June. Mean while i got from one customer at showroom that they have delivered one camera of same model of H55 in secto 15 gurgaon on 12-June. I don't know weather it is correct or not.
#) on 14-June they told me to wait for next day. After that daily basis commitment is going on.
#) on 14-June i made a compain to Sony India. I got a call from there customer support team on 15-June. They told me camera has reached to Noida stock. I will get it in same day. On 16-June i got another call from sony support team that i will get the camera on 16-June. But nothing happened.
#) 17-June they told me that the delivery is on the way to deliver the camera. Till now i didn't get anything.
This is a complete case of making fool for there sales target. I need camera on 8-June as i was on trip to Mumbai. Because of this i ordered the camera. But i lost to capture the moments. Second purpose was on 11-June there was the Birthday of my brother's wife. We had a party but still without camera.
Please let me know how to deal with the dealer. Now most of time they didn't pick my call.
Please help me and suggest me to tackle this problem.
