I purchased a split ac on 17/05 and installed on 20/05, ever since i am having problems. i called the dealer but they did not turn up. the wiring done is of aluminum wire of 2.5 the mcb got burnt and the wire also. poor installation and wiring. i talked to the dealer he says he will send the technician but never the complaint was attended. i talked to the company executives they say its the problem of the dealer we cant do anything. please forward my complaint to the company and do the needful. In future i will never go for a whirlpool product.
