This is to inform you I have been transfered from chennai to hyderabad on july consumer no 65511. since i already have indane gas connection on my name I have transfered it to hyd address on November. I also need second gas cylinder, I have approached my dealer (Namratha agencies - Kukatpally - Hyderabad)
When ever i approach they are saying give you phone no, we will callback. 2. Govt banned second cylinder, no supply of second cylinder I am fighting for all most two years still no proper reply from them.
Infact that person incharge is very rude on behavior not ready to hear any thing from the customer.
I have applied on march sept jan yet no reply from them
hence i am filling the complaint against them
