We prucured one vacuum cleaner, date of purchase 010310, unit serial no.9002632
order no. 961-031348, model - ECXFORCE. Maximum 04 to 05 used only. Suction not working. Last seven days representative of Eureka forbes saying that we are sending technician but failed to do so. I am facing great difficulties to clean my house since last week.
